Jean-Sébastien Vincent joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987. As one of Montreal’s leading senior brokers in commercial leasing, he specializes and focuses exclusively in tenant representation. His past and present experience has led him to conclude some of the largest and most sophisticated transactions with clients from various fields such as Government related companies, accounting firms, law firms, engineering firms, insurance companies as well as enterprises related to communications and cultural industries.

Jean-Sébastien holds a degree in Political Sciences from Laval University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University. He was a Member of the President’s Club on 23 occasions recognized for being one of the best performers in Montreal. He was also the recipient of the Award of Excellence for exceptional customer relations since 1994. In 2009 and 2012, he was named the Canadian Top 10 Performer. He is also a member of the prestigious Cushman & Wakefield Hall of Fame, recognized for sustained sales production and leadership since 2009.
