Jeff Stephens is a Tenant Representation Advisor with Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham office concentrating his practice on advising, advocating, and negotiating on behalf of clients which range from high-growth venture backed companies to Fortune 50 corporations. By assisting companies in evaluating their real estate needs, Jeff advises his clients on a local and national scale through strategic planning, lease negotiations, and comparative financial analysis. He provides each client with guidance to make educated decisions by way of his superior market knowledge and the understanding of their immediate and long term needs. Jeff’s experience and commitment to tactical and critical thinking fosters his management of the process from start to finish, and is the foundation for why he has been awarded several of the most notable Tenant Representation assignments throughout the Raleigh-Durham market. Jeff is a firm believer that a properly executed real estate strategy can yield significant financial savings and create an environment and culture within the company that is hard to quantify.
Jeff began his career in Tenant Representation in Orange County, CA in 2009 before relocating to the Raleigh-Durham market. Since then, he has been involved in some of the region’s most high-profile deals, including MetLife’s Global Technology & Operations (GTO) build-to-suit, the headquarters requirement for Caterpillar’s Building Construction Products (BCP) division and Microsoft’s R&D developer group relocation to Perimeter Park.
A native of Irvine, CA, Jeff graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
