Jeff brings a range of commercial property experiences ranging from commercial property maintenance to consulting, valuation leasing and disposition/acquisition experience.

Jeff's background in commercial real estate began in 2007 at Carmichael Wilson Property Consultants, where he developed a keen ability to understand market trends and valuation.  During his time at Carmichael Wilson, Jeff was involved in a range of commercial property valuations transcending all asset classes as well as a  range of feasibility and consulting projects.  Today Jeff works with a broad range of clients on a variety of projects and property types. 

Jeff returned to Victoria in 2011 to begin his Real Estate brokerage career.  During that time he has been involved in a wide range of commercial sales and leasing projects, notable projects include the sales of 910 Devonshire Road (40,635 sf Class A industrial property), The Hudson Project (new retail project marketing) and the sale of 100 Aldersmith Place (shopping mall). 

Jeff is an active member of the Oakland Neighbourhood Association and currently holds the position of Land Use Chair.  In addition to Jeff's Real Estate Trading Services training he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria.
