Jeff Peden has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and is an Executive Managing Director of the brokerage team with David L. Cook and Scott Miller. He assists clients with lease and sale negotiations of user and multi-tenant industrial, office, and land properties.  Jeff has completed more than 1,740 transactions for an aggregate value of more than $3.1 billion. With a concentration on raw and/or redevelopment land he has closed over 925 land sales totaling more than 100,330 acres with an aggregate value of $1.9 billion

Recipient of Land Sale Deal of the Year for the disposition of the Six Flags Theme Park’s Astroworld site and Houston CBD Block 319 in 2006 and 2007, respectively

Recipient of the firm’s National Service Award, recognizing the team for their exemplary client service
