Jeff Peden has more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience and is an Executive Vice President of the brokerage team with David L. Cook and Will Condrey. He assists clients with lease and sale negotiations of user and multi-tenant industrial, office, and land properties. 

Mr. Peden has completed 1,600 transactions for a total aggregate value in excess of $2.8 billion.
