Professional Experience

Jennifer (Kriley) Bauer joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 1994 as a member of the Property Management team. She assisted in the management of a 42-acre office/retail portfolio in West County. Jennifer handled the day-to-day operations of the Property Management office including responding to tenant requests, payment of invoices, issuance of contracts for services, and management of both tenant and vendor files. 

In 1997, Jennifer transitioned into the Corporate Services Division, serving as a Lease Coordinator for Edward Jones. She specialized in opening new offices and relocating existing offices nationwide. In 1999, Jennifer joined the H&R Block team as a Group Manager. Jennifer was instrumental in process development and in educating and training of both Cushman & Wakefield associates and client field personnel. Jennifer managed a team of Transaction Services Managers responsible for opening new offices, relocating existing offices, and renewing office leases nationwide. As a Leasing Coordinator, Transaction Services Manager, and Group Manager, Jennifer was responsible for researching markets, site selection, contract negotiations, construction management, vendor administration, and financial analysis. 

In 2005, Jennifer moved to the Quality Assurance team as a Senior Manager. She assisted with the transition of new business/properties throughout all Cushman & Wakefield cities. She also provided support to field personnel with CAM reconciliations; abstracted leases into Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate database (REflex); performed audits of Property Management offices to create consistency, efficiency, and the highest level of service to our clients; educated, trained, and maintained the REflex system; and created various Visio flow charts for multiple Cushman & Wakefield clients. 

In 2006, Jennifer moved into Property Management to manage a new, 162,000 square foot bio-tech building in the Central West End.  Her portfolio expanded in 2007 when she stepped in to manage an owner-occupied office and medical building complex in West County.  She has managed other commercial office, retail, and industrial property in Earth City, St. Louis and in North and South County.  She recently worked closely with an owner to on-board a new, 120,000 square foot office building in West County.  Jennifer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the buildings, budget preparation, monthly report compilation, and cultivating and establishing tenant and owner relationships.

Jennifer’s attention to detail, strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor are strong attributes in conducting tenant relations, project management, construction management, and financial reporting.
