Since 2010, Jennifer Brody has specialized in providing clients with solutions that strategically align their real estate with their organization's long-term goals and mission. As an Associate Director on C&W’s Tenant Advisory Group, Ms. Brody looks beyond typical real estate brokerage by taking a consultative approach to empower her clients with the information needed to understand their needs and options through Strategic Real Estate Planning. In addition, her focus on lease analysis, negotiations, and market cost evaluation have helped her develop creative strategies for a range of Non-Profits, Associations, and Corporations alike.
Prior to C&W, Ms. Brody began working in tenant representation at Cresa, where she was a Senior Advisor and a recipient of Cresa's Giant Leap Award in 2012. Ms. Brody began her career by serving clients as part of the Investment Sales and Debt Teams at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP in Washington, DC. Prior to her time at Cresa, Ms. Brody was a Research Analyst at CBRE, where she generated in-depth econometric data and statistics on the Washington, DC commercial real estate market. Additionally, she crafted quarterly market reports, identifying trends on the overall market and submarkets, including sophisticated supply, demand and rent analysis projections.
Ms. Brody is involved with several industry groups and charities including the Real Estate Group, CREBA, the Greater Washington Society of CPAs and Tikkun Olam Women’s Foundation of Greater Washington, where she serves as a trustee.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
