Jen has been working in the flexible office industry for over 19 years, starting in 1999 with nine years in corporate accounts and as an Area Director with Regus where she led targeted sales efforts in new markets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, she worked for ten years at OfficeNetwork, one of very few commercial real estate brokers focused exclusively on MSO (Managed and Serviced Office) tenant representation. She specializes in portfolio management for US-based companies seeking low risk, zero CAPEX, turnkey, short-term global placements. Her vast international experience with serviced office providers and her history representing a diverse client base makes her a very unique, innovative, and valuable asset to any CRE team. Jen is very well known within this niche of commercial real estate, has high-level relationships with providers, and has personally negotiated thousands of MSO and coworking transactions – new agreements, expansions, and renewals - for her clients, over $35 Million in aggregate transaction value.
She has been involved in strategic planning, utilization assessments, market research and comparison, financial analysis vs direct space, creative deal structuring, GSA establishment, and project management oversight. She has a track record of negotiating up to 36% annual cost reduction and cost avoidance, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost savings a year on large scale MSO portfolios for companies such as Red Hat, Pure Storage, BMC Software, FICO, Epsilon, Snowflake Computing, AllianceBernstein, Workday, and F5 Networks.
Jen graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
