Jeremy provides financial consulting support for our brokerage professionals and their clients for the Mid-Atlantic region. Specifically, his role includes creating complex and sophisticated cash flow analyses for a broad range of real estate transactions involving lease comparisons, lease restructures, lease vs. ownership, subleases, relocations, build-to-suits and other projects. He comes to Cushman & Wakefield with over 8 years of commercial real estate research, transaction and financial analytical experience.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jeremy was with Vornado/Charles E. Smith where he was the lead financial analyst for their Washington, DC office and retail leasing portfolio which included 73 properties totaling over 19 Million square feet. Prior to Vornado he worked with CBRE’s Data Center Solution Group supporting their national and international business development as well as their research efforts. During his career he has been actively involved in the successful completion of over $500 Million in dispositions and over 4 Million square feet of lease transactions.
