John Criddle, Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield since 2007 has successfully built a reputation as one of the best landlord agents in Broward & Palm Beach County. During his tenure at C&W, John and his team have represented over 5 million square feet and have completed over 500 transactions with an estimated value of over $500 million.

Criddle currently oversees a diverse office portfolio of over 2 million square feet in Broward County and S. Palm Beach County. This portfolio has been strategically assembled to achieve a no-conflict relationship with different ownership groups in each submarket. This market coverage strategy along with Criddle’s strong Tenant brokerage relationships have provided John with the market knowledge & experience owners have grown to appreciate.

Additionally, John & his team work hand-in-hand with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group on disposition underwriting, listing presentations and market tours.

Prior to Joining Cushman & Wakefield, Criddle spent 3 years as a Leasing Director for Rendina Companies, a national medical real estate developer.
