Mr. Franzese is experienced and focused on all facets of real estate asset acquisitions, dispositions, tenant restructuring, strategic real estate planning and advisory. Mr. Franzese has been personally involved in over $4B in aggregate real estate assignments of all types around the world. Recognized as an experienced leader, his strengths are structuring lease transactions while developing optimal solutions. Mr. Franzese has deep industry expertise from a local, regional, national and international real estate perspective working with a multitude of industries including law, not-for-profit associations, technology, communications, manufacturing, transportation, entertainment, insurance, accounting and financial services.

Mr. Franzese continues to be recognized locally and nationally as one of the firm’s most respected and top producing leaders. Within Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Franzese consistently places within the “Top 100.” In Chicago, Mr. Franzese has been recognized as a leader by his peers, is continually seen by his clients as a strategic leader in identifying and designing real estate strategies then executing these strategies with excellent results. He holds a MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.
