John B. Jackson, SIOR, founder of Tampa Bay Industrial Advisors, is a Director of Land and Industrial Brokerage with Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa, Florida. John is a Desert Storm Veteran and former Army Officer having served eight years active duty. Starting his real estate career as CEO of a regional design build construction management firm, John has since become a leader in the land and industrial brokerage community of Tampa Bay.
For years, John has been highly regarded for his knowledge and expertise in warehouse and distribution space within the Tampa Bay area, having authored Warehouse Veteran: Your Tactical Field Guide to Industrial Real Estate. With the growth of e-commerce, that knowledge evolved into John becoming Tampa Bay’s thought leader on e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile real estate. In 2017, John was a featured panelist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Shopping Shift Discussion where he contributed his thoughts regarding the change in consumer’s shopping habits and its effects on industrial real estate.
