John O’Neill serves as Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office. He has the good fortune of working alongside an outstanding team dedicated to Cushman’s core values and client-focused culture.


Mr. O’Neill specializes in the representation of corporate tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office and R&D space. Mr. O’Neill serves on the Executive Committee of the firm’s Tenant Advisory Group.

Cushman & Wakefield feels strongly about supporting the communities it serves. As such, Mr. O’Neill is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta and active with the following organizations: Vice-Chair, Atlanta Police Foundation; Board member: Metro Atlanta Chamber, Woodruff Arts Center, Rotary Club of Atlanta, Terry College of Business Alumni Board and Zoo Atlanta Leadership Council; Past President of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors; former Chairman of the Board and current Advisory Board member, Chastain Park Conservancy.
