Jonathan Dunlap, MBA, AACI, P.App is a Senior Consultant in the Valuation & Advisory Group within the Toronto head office. His background consists of completing a range of valuation, consulting and market research projects on a variety of assets. He is responsible for valuations of such real estate assets including golf courses, multi-residential, retail, industrial, special-use properties, and development land. Jonathan has been involved in a number of notable transactions for significant clients including Crestpoint, Meridian Credit Union, Manulife Financial, Timbercreek Asset Management, PortsToronto, RBC, and CIBC.
Over the last three years, Jonathan has been part of a team that has appraised $15 billion worth of commercial real estate in Ontario. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield ULC in 2014, Jonathan focused on the residential sector (High, Medium, and Low density) providing over $750 million worth of real estate valuations for clients such as RBC, TD Canada Trust, BMO, Scotiabank, and CMHC.
Jonathan earned his Masters of Business Administration (2003) and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration – Management (2001) from Kennesaw State University, Georgia. Jonathan was a member of the varsity golf team while completing his undergraduate studies. Jonathan completed the University of British Columbia Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property & Valuation in 2016.
He received his AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in March 2018.
