Jonathan Fales joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 and reports to the President of the Tri-State Region’s Agency Consulting Group in New York City. In that capacity, he is responsible for managing a staff of 11 professionals and directing the leasing and marketing initiatives of Cushman & Wakefield’s clients though out the New York Tri-State region. With 20 years of experience, Jon combines his transactional experience in office leasing and redevelopment projects to inform the firm’s clients of how to best position their assets to capture demand from tenants within the marketplace. In addition, Jon has unique visibility into current trends within the market, overseeing a portfolio of NYC assets for Cushman & Wakefield that currently exceeds 30 MM SF. Jon remains active at the transactional level and participates in all aspects of the lease transaction cycle from marketing to lease negotiation.
In addition to his advisory and management roles, Jon has significant transactional experience, and has developed a reputation within the real estate community as a results-driven and detail-oriented professional. In his career, he has completed more than 4 million sf of leasing transactions and has represented multi-building portfolios on behalf of property owners throughout New York.
