He has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, representing some of the largest institutional real estate owners in the United States. His clients include large pension fund advisers, REITs, insurance companies and private equity investors.
Mr. Hill is responsible for all aspects of the sale process and client relations. He is directly responsible for the team’s production and manages the work flow, sales and closing processes. He is proficient in Argus and intimately involved in the valuation of all asset types. Joseph has sold or financed more than $4.2 billion in transactions during his career. Transactions include all the major property types with the exception of hotels. Joe has been part of a team that sold both CBD and Suburban office, medical office, large industrial portfolios as well as standalone distribution facilities, flex buildings, multi-family assets, suburban retail centers, storage facilities, parking lots and development sites.
Since 2015, Mr. Hill and his team have participated in over $1.8 billion of transactions. Notable deals include the sale of the Mid-Atlantic I-95 Industrial Portfolio, a 2.8 million square foot industrial warehouse portfolio encompassing 20 buildings located across three (3) states for $201.0 million, the sale of 1818 Market Street, a 1.0 million square foot Philadelphia CBD office tower for $185.0 million, a suburban Philadelphia Office Portfolio encompassing 29 buildings and 1.6 million square feet sold for $184.0 million and a multi-state self storage portfolio including 9365 units transacted at $106.5 million. Most recent sellers represented include TA Realty, JP Morgan, Brandywine Realty Trust, ProLogis, Fortress and Dermody Properties.
Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Hill was Executive Vice President of The Flynn Company where his client list included TA Realty Associates, Brandywine Realty Trust, High Street Realty Company, Liberty Property Trust, LaSalle Investment Management, Washington Capital Management, Dermody Properties, First Industrial and many of the other leading real estate owners in the country.
Mr. Hill previously served as Senior Vice President at Joseph D. Pasquarella Company (Pasquarella). In his role at Pasquarella he was responsible for nationwide valuation in all of the major sectors of the commercial real estate arena including both CBD and suburban office buildings, major industrial portfolios, regional malls, shopping centers and multifamily assets.
Joseph serves as an Associate Broker at Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, Inc. in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Maryland and is a licensed salesperson in the State of New Jersey.
