Joe Janszen



In March 2005, Joe joined Cushman & Wakefield in Corporate Solutions and managed office lease transactions for Humana, Inc and P&G. Between 2005 and 2008 Joe completed over 300 Corporate Solution transactions. He oversaw the full-service transaction process requirements such as engagement of co-brokers, proposal and lease negotiations, and construction coordination. In 2008, Joe made the transition to office leasing. He currently specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets.

  • Brandstetter Carrol in the lease renewal of (4,900 SF) at 308 East 8th in CBD
  • Park 42 in the lease renewal of (12,610 SF) in Tri-County
  • Bergstein Oil & Gas in the sale of (7,347 SF) at 11464 Lippelman Rd in Tri-County to an owner/user
