Profile

In March 2005, Joe joined Cushman & Wakefield in Corporate Solutions and managed office lease transactions for Humana, Inc and P&G. Between 2005 and 2008 Joe completed over 300 Corporate Solution transactions. He oversaw the full-service transaction process requirements such as engagement of co-brokers, proposal and lease negotiations, and construction coordination. In 2008, Joe made the transition to office leasing. He currently specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

  • Portfolio Sale: 2 NKY Medical Office buildings (18,537 / 21,000 SF) to an owner/user and investor
  • AG Capital, LLC in the (7,628 SF) new lease at 13 West 7th in Covington, KY
  • Coastal Partners in the (6,116 SF) new lease at Northgate Square
  • Disney McLane in the purchase of a (13,990 SF) building at 7737 Reinhold Drive
  • Urban Sites in the new lease of (4,812 SF) at 538 Reading Rd.
  • Matrix Holdings in the (2,340 SF) new lease to RNDC at 125 East Court Street.
