Joe Zurek is a medical office specialist, providing real estate solutions for owners and occupants of medical office properties throughout San Diego and the surrounding Southern California markets.
Mr. Zurek advises his clients in various capacities including tenant/buyer representation, agency leasing and investment sales services. His clients include hospital systems, medical practice groups, independent physician offices, and medical office investors/developers.
He is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Practice Group, a national platform of real estate professionals with a focus on healthcare properties including medical office, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and hospital campuses.
Mr. Zurek received his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of the Arts degrees from Arizona State University with majors in Finance and Business (Legal Studies), while concurrently graduating from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University. He is currently earning his Master's in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

Joe is an active member of the San Diego Chapters of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Toastmasters International, and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
