Josh Scott began his career in real estate at Cushman & Wakefield as building engineer at a 28-story downtown office building. There he quickly adapted talents required to run the intricacies of a 100-year-old building. From there, he transitioned to the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation allowing him more involvement in the multiple phases of construction and commissioning of the new charter school and quickly became the lead engineer for the account. Through his gained understanding of building operation and construction he was promoted to the Project and Development Services team in Kansas City.
As a member of the Project Development Services team, Josh is involved with project evaluation, financial planning, architectural input and review, construction management, contract administration, and client consultation.
