Josh Ward joined Cushman & Wakefield of North Carolina, Inc. in July 2012, as an Associate Director with the Valuation & Advisory group in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Ward has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate appraisal and consulting industry since 2000.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was employed as a fee appraiser at Fred H. Beck & Associates in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Ward was also employed as a real estate broker at Torquay Realty from August 2008 through July 2012.
Appraisal and consulting assignments have included various types of income producing properties and portfolios throughout the Southeast; including but not limited to multifamily residential, single-family residential subdivisions, office buildings, office/industrial parks, industrial buildings, golf courses, restaurants, shopping centers, automobile dealerships, and vacant land. Mr. Ward’s concentrations have been appraisals for multifamily developments including conventional apartments, student-housing, and LIHTC apartments, as well as residential subdivisions/land, including small rural developments to large resort properties. In July 2012, Mr. Ward was qualified as an expert witness in United States Federal Bankruptcy Court in Raleigh, NC.
