Jules J. Nissim joined C&W in 1990 as an industrial transaction specialist and is part of a five person brokerage team, including Stan Danzig, Steve Elman, Ben Karp, and Cathy Bounczek.
Mr. Nissim focuses his transaction efforts on corporate assignments throughout the U.S. His transactional experience includes industrial, office, and high-tech assignments. His combined transaction value since joining C&W is in excess of $400 million. Mr. Nissim currently represents Harland Clarke Company, Vertafore, and AEP on a national basis, and Crate&Barrel on a global basis for industrial requirements. Additionally, Mr. Nissim is marketing agent for Prologis, The Rockefeller Group, and Principal Real Estate Investors, on agencies in excess of 5 million sf.
Mr. Nissim has acted on behalf of numerous prestigious clients, including Crate&Barrel, Rockefeller Group, Colgate, Tommy Hilfiger, Principal Real Estate Investors, and numerous others. He has led complex acquisition transactions as well as dispositions structured as sales; sale/leasebacks; traditional, synthetic and bonded leases for more than 100 million sf of space.
Mr. Nissim is a member of C&W’s Global Supply Chain Executive Committee, IOREBA (Industrial office Real Estate Brokers Association), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), Material Handling Society, and Executive and Board of Trustees, Sharey Tefilo Israel
