Jules J. Nissim joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1990 as an industrial transaction and Landlord representation specialist. Jules focuses his transaction efforts on corporate assignments throughout the U.S. His combined transaction value since joining Cushman & Wakefield is in excess of $2 billion.  His transactional experience includes industrial, office, and high-tech assignments. Jules’ experience covers a broad spectrum of activity that includes the acquisition of existing or build-to-suit facilities; disposition of surplus properties; representation of major developers and institutional owners. He has led complex acquisition transactions as well as dispositions structured as sales; sale/leasebacks; traditional, synthetic and bonded leases for more than 100 million square feet of space.  

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jules held sales and management positions in several locations throughout the U.S. with Handy & Harman, a precious metal firm headquartered in New York City.
