Julie Bohn is a Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s land advisory group specializing in brokerage services. She has extensive experience in the evaluation, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets with services including but not limited to, Broker Price Opinions, Highest & Best Use Land Strategies, Site Selection, Investment Portfolio Analyses, Ad-Valorem Tax Disputes and consultation for master planned communities and conservation lands.
Ms. Bohn began her career with Cantrell Real Estate, Inc. appraising commercial properties for financial institutions and for complex litigation proceedings relating to bankruptcy, eminent domain, civil disputes and tax appeals. She evolved into brokerage following a receivership opportunity managing large land portfolios while formulating disposition strategies. She has continued working with private investors and developers across all sectors analyzing investments for long and short term holding opportunities.
Ms. Bohn works closely with all commercial practice teams in the Northeast Florida market and including the multi-family capital markets practice group from Jacksonville to the Florida Panhandle.
Currently, Ms. Bohn is a Board of Director as President Elect for the NEFL chapter and serves as a representative of the Florida State Board for the commercial real estate NAIOP organization; she serves on the Executive Board as Treasure for the Florida Ballet Company in Jacksonville; and, she is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Northeast Florida Land Trust and JaxSports Chairman’s Club.
