Justin C. Giordani joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group in May of 2001.
Since joining the division, Mr. Giordani has worked on various assignments including vacant land, office buildings, mixed-use properties, existing and proposed residential properties, subdivisions, warehouse and other investment properties.
Primary concentration is centered on existing and proposed residential and mixed use properties throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Mr. Giordani’s multifamily experience includes work on a wide array of market rate, rent control and rent stabilized, Section 8, Mitchell Lama, and 80/20 buildings. These assignments include the analysis and valuation of tax exempt bond financing, low income housing tax credits, inclusionary housing certificates, and the valuation of various tax abatements and exemption programs including 421a, 421g, ICIP, J-51, etc.
