Mr. Newman, an expert in Industrial Real Estate, has been assisting clients in providing real estate solutions since 1997. Mr. Newman specializes in the buying, selling and leasing of Commercial Industrial property for the greater Jacksonville market.
Mr. Newman specializes in Landlord and Investor Services. His areas of expertise include: build-to-suit; site selection; tax incentives negotiations; and in-depth financial analysis. Mr. Newman also assists clients with Landlord/Tenant representation and incentive negotiations.
Mr. Newman received his certification in the Global Supply Chain Solutions Group (GSCS) in 2007. The GSCS was designated by Cushman & Wakefield along with the St. Onge Institute to identify and understand the needs that clients face as they relate to supply chains. His area of expertise includes: build-to-suit, site selection, tax incentive negotiations, and in-depth financial analysis.
Since 2003, he holds the distinction of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This designation requires real estate professionals to accurately analyze the lease-versus-buy scenarios for clients, scrutinizing investment decisions, and other financial items that are related to a real estate transaction.
