As Account Director, Karen Decker performs strategic account and transaction management for Cushman & Wakefield clients. She joined the firm in 1998, overseeing a large retail portfolio and completing hundreds of transactions in major markets across the U.S. She has since become an account leader and transaction management specialist for several notable national and global clients. Services include portfolio planning, transaction oversight, project strategy, and business case development. She also coordinates with Real Estate, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Project Management executives within her clients’ organizations. A 25-year industry commercial real estate veteran, Decker has expertise in account management, tenant representation (industrial, office, and retail), property acquisition and disposition, property management, and leasing. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she was Vice President at Irish Realty Corp., with responsibility for portfolio operations and property sales and acquisitions. She also served as Director of Client Relations for Peterson Realty Group, where she partnered with corporate clients and was responsible for broker integration.
