Kateřina leads on and delivers the training and development programme, the graduate programme, safety at work, organization of medical checkups, communication with regulatory authorities, HR reports, HR schedules, updating HR system and personnel files, benefits, evidence of absence and administrative work.
An important part of her role is providing advice to staff and team leaders on policy, rules, and business practices. Katerina is responsible for providing orientation sessions to new staff, informing them about policy, organizational structure, workplace code of conduct, and other relevant information. Her role is one of central communicator. She is also responsible for staying up to date with government legislation, procedures, and requirements.
