Kate Sudol is Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Headquarters Advisory Group (HQIQ). This internal practice group operates on a national basis and is made up of in-house subject matter experts across brokerage, corporate finance, business incentives, design and construction to serve companies who are considering headquarters relocations and consolidations, primarily due to M&A activity. Kate focuses on introducing HQIQ to executive and real estate leaders and building long-term relationships. Her business acumen allows her to identify opportunities with companies across various industries, where the team’s expertise and experience drives the greatest differentiating value. Below is a list of HQIQ’s most notable relocation projects in North Texas.

Before transitioning to commercial real estate in May 2016, Sudol worked for eight years at Summit Alliance Cos., where she launched an annuity division from scratch and was quickly promoted to co-lead business development for Benefit Harbor, a subsidiary company specializing in HR technology and outsourcing. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Arkansas State University, where she played Division I volleyball for four years, three as team captain.
