Kat Hanna is Associate Director for Urban Change, and is part of the Research & Insight team. Her work looks at medium to long term trends influencing commercial real estate, particularly in cities. Her research interests include transport, demographic change, knowledge clusters, and the impact of technology on cities.

An experienced urbanist with a background in politics and urban policy Kat is a regular commentator on all things city-related. She speaks at a number of industry events, and has published a number of articles and reports.
Kat meets regularly with both landlords and occupiers, often with a focus on large-scale urban development projects and the long-term trends impacting real estate strategy.
