Ken DeLorenzo joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 1995 and has been active in the real estate industry since 1971. Mr. DeLorenzo provides pre-construction and construction management services to C&W’s clients. His duties include assisting clients with building or space evaluations, establishing initial budgets and schedules, as well as selecting architects, MEP engineers, and contractors. He also monitors the design and construction process, prepares project reports, and follows the construction process through to completion.
Throughout the past several years, Mr. DeLorenzo has “restacked” the Marathon Oil Company space in Marathon Tower. He bid all of the work, which included the complete demolition and rebuilding of approximately 15 floors totaling approximately 26,000 net rentable square feet each. Six additional floors were partially rebuilt and/or totally refurbished if complete demolition was not required. Mr. DeLorenzo also managed the new life safety system and security access system installations for the Tower. Mr. DeLorenzo has completed additional construction work, including full or partial floor occupancies, for Marathon Tower tenants.
