Focused on net leased sales in all fifty states and over 34 years of real estate brokerage experience, Kent brings an extensive knowledge of commercial real estate sales and leasing of industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and land.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate Kent served for fifteen years as a professor of sociology at the University of Utah (tenured 1976). He holds the highly respected CCIM designation which is the "PhD of commercial real estate" held by only six percent (6%) of all commercial agents. It stands for trust, knowledge, reliability, diligence, and strong ethical standards. With the strength of CCIM and the Cushman & Wakefield International Network (50 states and 60 countries) Kent is able to provide valued clients with the most rigorous methodologies and analyses available in the industry.
The most powerful tool for risk reduction is knowledge. Kent is dedicated to providing that benefit to his clients to maximize profitability and meet their financial goals. After many years in Florida and Utah Kent now lives in Boise, Idaho with his awesome wife and high school sweetheart Susan. He enjoys reading (first novels, classics & biographies), walking the Boise River Greenbelt, and hanging with his grandsons Davin, Orion, and Milo.
