Kim’s goal is to enable her
clients to make the best decisions for their organizations based on facts and

Kim strong work ethic enabled
her to become one of Ottawa’s top leasing agents for 2013 and the top leasing
agent for 2015. Her knowledge of the market as well as her ability to source
information through the relationships that she has built over the years adds
unsurpassable value to any client that Kim is representing.
Kim has focused her efforts on
advising and assisting businesses in order to ensure their office space
represents a brand, culture and financial commitment that complement their
organization. Kim’s clients praise her ability to listen and understand their
needs. She has worked on many unique files including the NCC’s portfolio from
heritage land to ByWard Market offices space. Her passion for assisting
businesses has enabled her to assist in the consolidation and relocation of
organizations such as Mental Health Commission of Canada and Canadian
Paralympic Committee. She has developed a niche for not for profit
organizations and as such has contributed in many board meetings to present a
case for certain real estate decisions.

Now with 10 years of
experience, Kim has a solid understanding of the Ottawa commercial real estate
market and how best to interpret her clients’ needs and put these requirements
into a proactive plan of action. Kim’s ability to think “outside of the box”
yet clearly deliver and explain information is a great asset when putting
clients at ease during a complex negotiation.
Personal endeavours
Kim thrives on building
relationships and working with people. She is a loyal volunteer for the Dress for
Success organization in Ottawa which enables women who have overcome challenges
in their life get back into the work force.
