Kristi Wetherholt is a Senior Project Manager for Occupier Services in the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield. Her experience in the construction industry gives her a breadth of knowledge that she can bring to every project she works on, and the confidence to make sure her clients get the highest level of service.
Ms. Wetherholt serves as the account lead for Starwood Vacation Ownership, coordinating renovations of their timeshare properties.
Prior to joining C&W in 2013, Ms. Wetherholt spent six years working as a project manager in interior commercial construction. In that role, she managed the construction process from initial pricing to project close out. Responsibilities included managing the submittal process, distributing project communications and maintaining the schedule to ensure that each project was turned over on time and within budget.
Ms. Wetherholt has overseen a large variety of commercial interior projects, including financial institutions, not-for-profits, media industry and law firms. Her law firm experience includes Kilpatrick Townsend, Miller & Martin, DLA Piper and Morris, Manning & Martin.
Ms. Wetherholt’s hospitality experience on the Starwood Vacation Ownership account includes developing project scopes, obtaining and leveling vendor pricing, creating and maintaining schedules, and coordinating project meetings and correspondence. These projects are located across the United States: Hawaii, California, Arizona, Colorado, South Carolina, Florida, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Interior scopes of work vary from guest-unit renovations to lobby upgrades to restaurant makeovers. Exterior scopes of work include roof replacement, window replacement, exterior paint and asphalt resurfacing.
A LEED-Accredited Professional, Ms. Wetherholt graduated with honors from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management. She was Secretary of the Constructors Guild from 2005-06, and a member of both the Residential Construction Competition and the Competition Bid Team during her college years.
Ms. Wetherholt serves as a co-chair of the CWFL (Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders) philanthropy committee. She also volunteers for Atlanta Community Food Bank, Bright Futures Atlanta, South Eastern Guide Dogs, Junior Achievement, Atlanta Beltline, Wilderness Works, and others.
