Kristin began her career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 in Sacramento, CA where she was an integral part of opening Equis/DTZ's first Sacramento office. For 4 years she was responsible for overseeing revenue production along with coordinating brokerage support for the office. She served as the primary point of contact between accounting, management, personnel, clients, and vendors. As licensed salesperson, she worked closely with the Office Head on real estate transactions participating in every aspect from beginning to end preparing contracts, offer letters, leases, marketing presentations & financial comparison models.
In 2012 Kristin relocated to Southern California to join the West Los Angeles US Brokerage Operations department working behind the scenes managing business operations and organization for the Century City office. While in this position, she notably helped double its annualized revenue between 2012-2015 & the office was frequently recognized company-wide for its productivity. With this recognition, she was promoted to US Brokerage Operations Training Specialist additionally responsible for training new operations/managers throughout the country on accounting systems, protocol, procedures & best practices.
Kristin is diligent, creative & structured. These traits partnered with her excellent attention to detail, superior leadership skills and real estate experience made it an effortless transition back to brokerage in 2015 when C&W merged with DTZ. She is now focusing her time on client deliverables & managing revenue production for several great teams.
