As Cushman & Wakefield’s lead multifamily research specialist in the U.S., Kristina Garcia oversees quarterly multifamily market reports for the Southeast and South Central regions in addition to providing in-depth macro market analysis for brokers and clients that reaches beyond the multifamily space. Generating more than $42 million in revenue in 2017, the Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group (MAG) spans more than eight states and is the primary hub for Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily practice in the U.S.
Ms. Garcia brings more than a decade of multifamily industry experience to her role at Cushman & Wakefield, beginning her career as an affordable housing consultant at Novogradac & Company, followed by a transition into brokerage via ARA Newmark in Atlanta. She served as Multi Housing Advisors’ (MHA) Research Manager prior to the company’s merger with Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Garcia also assists with research initiatives for Cushman & Wakefield’s Workplace Strategy and Not-for-Profit Speciality Practice Groups.
