Over his career, Mr. Kehner has been involved in more than 700 transactions totaling over $2.2 billion dollars.
Kyle M. Kehner joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1995 as a Research Analyst. In 1997, he was promoted to Manager, Research & Analysis, responsible for administering the then 1.5 billion-square foot Southern California industrial database and overseeing a staff of research analysts. In 1998, he transitioned into brokerage.
