Laura Power is a leasing associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office agency leasing team. In this role, she represents Class A property owners, using her knowledge from years of experience on both the tenant and owner side to help her clients maximize the awareness, occupancy and overall investment value of their assets. Ms. Power is adept at developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, and she draws on her market expertise to make strategic recommendations to owners regarding potential leases.
Prior to coming to C&W, Ms. Power was an associate at Transwestern, where she worked with the firm’s agency leasing practice. There, she provided day-to-day marketing and leasing support, overseeing more than 2 million square feet throughout the metro area. Before taking on that position, she was part of Transwestern’s tenant representation team, helping to provide financial modeling and managing marketing efforts for all sublease listings.
Ms. Power graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. She enjoys volunteering with the Feed the Homeless Project and Restoration ATL. She holds her Georgia real estate license, and she is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, YCR and AYREP Atlanta.
