Lauren is a Director focused on tenant representation. Throughout her career, she has represented both tenants and building owners, in a balanced real estate practice. Prior to this position, Lauren had served as an asset manager and member of the finance team and investment committee at HighBrook Investors – a New York based real estate private equity firm. She also has experience as a Principal with Younger Partners, a landlord-focused boutique firm specializing in real estate leasing, where she was responsible for overseeing a leasing portfolio consisting of office and industrial assets. Earlier in her career, Lauren was a leasing broker with the Grubb & Ellis Company, primarily working on behalf of private, institutional, and tenant-in-common investors.
Lauren is a member of Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and earned a BA from Arizona State University. Additionally, she is an active volunteer for Little Helping Hands, a local non-profit organization focused on developing children into community-minded leaders and citizens. She, her husband, and three children reside in Austin, Texas.
