Laurie Turner serves as the Managing Director, Americas Alliance Program at Cushman & Wakefield. In this capacity, Ms. Turner is responsible for the operational functions and implementation of business strategies of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Program, which currently includes 35 alliance firms, with 80 offices in the Americas.
Her responsibilities include the development and execution of initiatives to elevate the public and corporate profile of the alliance and to further integrate and align the alliance firms with Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Turner also serves as an interface between alliance firms and C&W divisions and service lines, fostering and strengthening the functional relationships between all parties.
In 2007, in addition to her alliance responsibilities, Ms. Turner helped develop and temporarily fill the role of Director, Global Operations, Office of the COO, during the firm’s vital transition period with Exor. Ms. Turner has been with Cushman & Wakefield since January of 2003.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield and entering the real estate industry, Ms. Turner worked at BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen. Raised in Texas, Ms. Turner graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies and Anthropology.
