Leah represents institutional and private owners in acquisition, disposition and strategic planning of retail investment real estate. Leah has been involved in over $540 million in investment sale transactions comprising of over 3.6 million square feet.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets, Leah worked in Multi-Family Investment Services for Colliers International in Phoenix and in Investment Services and Property Management for Welsh Companies in Minneapolis.

Leah is a 2018 TeamWomen Wavemaker Nominee, a 2015 "Emerging Leading in Retail" by Real Estate Forum magazine and a 2014 "Top Women in Finance". She has been a featured speaker in industry presentations for Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Minnesota Real Estate Journal. Leah is an active member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) where she was co-chair of the Legislative Committee for 8 years and was named Member of the Year at the STARR Awards in 2012. Leah is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and the University of St. Thomas Real Estate Alumni Association (USTREAA). She is also a co-founder of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Minneapolis Mentorship Program.
In addition, Leah is a co-founder of Dress for Success Twin Cities, a non profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty. She was elected Board Emeritus in 2014 and continues to volunteer her time and serve on the board. In 2009 and 2018 Leah won the coveted Community Service Award from Cushman & Wakefield for her work with Dress for Success Twin Cities.
