LeAnn specializes in retail, investment and land development, as well as represents several large investors and several retail clients.
In addition, LeAnn received the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) certification in spring of 2007 and is a 2009 graduate of the Leadership Boise program. She also served on the Young Executive Committee for the Boys and Girls Club, Programs Chair for the Idaho CCIM Chapter, Current VP of the CCIM Chapter, Programs Chair for the Idaho CREW Chapter and the founder of Hume Commercial Real Estate before becoming Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce.
While keeping a busy work schedule, LeAnn has been able to devote time in the community as a volunteer for her children's sports activities, including 2 years as the President of the Idaho Lacrosse Association, and 4 years on the Board of the Boise High Boys Lacrosse Board (2 years of which she was President). An avid golfer, LeAnn also participates in many fund raising golf tournaments throughout the valley.
LeAnn's dedication to her family includes spending time with her husband Scott, son Sayre who attends Colorado College and plays D-III Lacrosse for the Tigers, 8 year-old daughter Annabelle, and 6 year-old son Cooper. In addition to golfing, LeAnn spends a great deal of her spare time camping in the summer months and spending time with her family.
