Liam works primarily in urban capital markets and structured finance as an Associate Vice President in Cushman & Wakefield’s downtown Toronto office.  Liam’s specific areas of focus include the disposition and acquisition of land, retail and redevelopment properties as well as the equity, debt and structured financing of development projects in Toronto’s urban markets.  Liam is responsible for a number of brokerage and underwriting activities while leading the disposition process.  With extensive market knowledge, swift execution and diligence, Liam works as a team lead in the Toronto central office to consistently outperform client expectations and develop lasting relationships in the industry.

Since entering the industry in May of 2014, Liam has completed over $380M in investment sales transactions with clients that include KingSett Capital, Allied REIT, Bentall Kennedy, RioCan REIT, DREAM, Scotiabank, AIMCo, SunLife, Greybrook, Cresford Developments, Gairloch Developments, Tribute Communities, Hullmark Developments, Shopify, Downing Street, Metropia, Plazacorp, Manulife, First Capital Realty, Tricon Capital, Fitzrovia Capital, Victoria University and many others. 

Liam is a member of NAIOP Toronto, ULI Toronto, RECO and TREB.
