As Managing Director of Marketing for Cushman & Wakefield New England, Linda oversees the marketing, social media, public relations and implementation of the firm’s strategic plan. She has over 25 years experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing communications programs. She works closely with the firm’s executives to establish and implement short and long-range corporate goals to achieve business growth and drive new business through strategic marketing programs, corporate communications and brand management.
Linda is a thought leader accomplished in partnering with senior leaders to develop marketing solutions that effectively convey the firm’s unique selling propositions (USP’s). She works to differentiate the Cushman & Wakefield brand that is unique from other commercial real estate firms.
Linda is an avid social media user and actively contributes to the @CushWakeBOSTON Twitter channel and LinkedIn Groups as well as the Boston blog.
Prior to the DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley) acquisition of FHO Partners, Linda was a Director of Marketing at Fallon Hines & O’Connor, which in 1998 became the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company, where she was a Vice President, Marketing. Before Trammell Crow Company, Linda was a Marketing Coordinator at a major law firm in Boston.
