Lindsey Groom joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 and has 12 years of commercial real estate experience. She is part of a team that advises professional service firms, federal contractors, nonprofit and healthcare clients to help meet their real estate and organizational goals both locally and nationally. Lindsey previously served as Director of Operations for Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Capital Markets platform, with responsibility for internal and external relationship management, marketing and communications, infrastructure coordination, information management and analysis, and best practices across a platform of 350+ brokers, completing $48 billion in transactions in 2017. Lindsey began her career with Cushman & Wakefield as a Marketing Associate for the DC Metro Region. She is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Group.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lindsey was a Marketing Manager with The Peterson Companies, and was responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for several mixed-use properties throughout the DC Metro area.
