Ms. Cracknell possesses over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having served with Trammel Crow Company, Newmark Knight Frank, CB Richard Ellis and Studley. Prior to her entry into the field of real estate, Ms. Cracknell was a law clerk with the law firm of Roper & Folino in Los Angeles and an associate attorney with the law firm of Belli, Belli & Brown in San Francisco.

Ms. Cracknell specializes in corporate services, specifically multi-market transaction/portfolio management, portfolio optimization, and lease restructuring. Also, she has extensive experience in document production, review, negotiations, and market research for her clients. She has assisted in the management of many clients, including UBS; The Body Shop; Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.; Andersen Consulting; eBay Inc.; Adobe Systems, Inc; LSI Logic; Network Equipment Technologies; Aetna Insurance; Progressive Insurance; Software Publishing Corporation; and Abbott Laboratories.

Ms. Cracknell is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Pepperdine University School of Law.

Ms. Cracknell is an active member of the State Bar of California. Also, she has been a volunteer writer for the Sierra Club and represents several environmental non-profit firms including: The Save-the-Redwoods League; The California State Parks Foundation and the California League of Conservation Voters.
