Lisa Cross has 32 years of commercial real estate experience and has been a Client Solutions Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 16 years, with the company for almost 29 years. She has worked on large transitions such as MetLife, Juniper, Nokia, Symantec and, most recently, Citi. Her role during the transition phase is to move employees from the prior management company to Cushman & Wakefield without any interruption of employee benefit coverage or payroll. This includes in-person and video conference presentations to property employees of Cushman & Wakefield benefits, policies and procedures; utilization of PeopleSoft HR system to input job codes, salaries and classifications; setup of C&W email addresses for new transitioning employees; distribution and collection of new hire paperwork and overall transition support.
Once all employees are on board, Lisa works directly with corporate Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Operations Departments to resolve issues and improve services; employee conflict resolution and disciplinary action determination; participate in contract negotiations, arbitrations and disciplinary action for Union employees; new hires, terminations and record maintenance of existing employees; salary rate adjustments and overall general support of the portfolio.
