Lisa Dunavin is an unrelenting advocate and adviser for office tenants that lease or own commercial real estate. She brings more than 25 years of client-focused experience to her service platform and in-depth knowledge of the owner’s mindset in transaction negotiations, having worked for some of the country’s most renowned owners of office buildings prior to transitioning those talents to the benefit of tenant clients.
Ms. Dunavin also knows from first-hand experience, as the market leader of the Atlanta office of Cassidy Turley and DTZ prior to its merger with Cushman & Wakefield, the significance and impact of a company’s culture and office environment with regard to talent recruitment and retention. She uses this knowledge and experience to her client’s benefit throughout the lease or acquisition process and beyond.
She has been involved in some of Atlanta’s most renowned and exciting projects, including the initial State Farm move to Atlanta and the lease-up of Ponce City Market. She has represented more than 20 million square feet of office space and transacted more than $1.5 billion in lease volume.
Ms. Dunavin earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing an MBA at Georgia State University.
