Working with Senior Vice President Mark Cascagnette has exposed Luis to a vast amount of real estate experience; from smaller industrial transactions to the larger, more intricate corporate client lease agreements. This experience has provided him with a fundamental understanding on the dynamics of the real estate market in the Greater Toronto Area and the strategies needed to be successful. Their areas of specialization include, but are not limited to tenant representation, transportation and logistics, and outside storage.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Luis worked as a Sales Coordinator for GE Canada, providing exceptional service and results to key accounts and ensuring sales strategies and objectives were met. His education in Business from the University of Guelph and his Post Graduated Certificate in Profile Management provides him with the knowledge base necessary to successfully execute and deliver results.
