Marie Baláčová started her work at Cushman & Wakefield in May 2017 as a Senior Research Analyst. In November 2017 she has been promoted to the Head of Research CZ & SK. Marie is responsible for data collection and analysis while she studies the socio-economic impacts on the real estate market. In cooperation with research teams in other countries, Marie now focuses on implementing a comprehensive international real estate database.
She graduated from the University of Economics and received her M.A. degree in International Europen Studies and Diplomacy. Before joining the company, Marie worked as a Research Assistant during her Ph.D. studies and focused on international labour migration. She continued at the Institute of Sociology of the Academy of Sciences, where she managed international projects.
