Marilyn Lissner has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years, of which 30 have been with Cushman and Wakefield. She has achieved a successful track record of advising her clients regarding high-level strategic planning, negotiation, and implementation of real estate transactions, as well as corporate advisory and portfolio management solutions.
Marilyn has consistently been one of the highest ranking women in Chicago and Midwest region. As the lead account manager for portfolios in excess of ten million square feet, her advice combined with the wealth of Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate talent and resources has enabled her clients to make strategic cost effective decisions that are aligned with and support core business objectives. Throughout her career her skill in restructuring leases, subleases, build-to-suits, acquisitions, and dispositions has resulted in her team executing more than $5 billion worth of transactions.
