Mark Cannell brings diverse experience and understanding as a commercial real estate broker to Cushman & Wakefield’s Office & Investment Groups. Mark works directly with property owners to negotiate deals that ensure his client’s objectives and goals are strategically met. He also helps and guides tenants in identifying and selecting new office locations as well as lease negotiations.
Born and raised in Salt Lake, Mark has an extensive knowledge of the area and a strong network to work from. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mark has held several senior positions as senior product manager, where he worked with government agencies; strategic initiatives manager, developing national & international technology partnerships; and director of business development, representing local and national accounts. He started his career as an Account Manager for ten years’ with a national advertising agency based in CA.
Mark’s diverse work experience consists of advertising, marketing, technology, business development and project management. His extensive work within the retail, advertising and high tech industries has given him the opportunity to understand requirements from the client’s perspective. Mark understands the challenges, economic factors and needs that tenants face. As a business leader in the community for fifteen years’, driving revenue and developing strategic partner relationships, Mark’s negotiation, technical expertise, and creative approach is instrumental in achieving client’s short and long-term objectives.
