To achieve the SIOR designation, Mr. Erickson needed to have consistently demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity, met stringent education requirements, completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial and office real estate and remained a top producer.

Mark, a skilled negotiator whose area of focus includes representing tenants in leasing space and consulting owners/landlords in sales and leasing, has been exceeding the expectations of his discerning clients since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2006. Prior to moving to Charleston, Mark was actively involved in commercial property management and development in Atlanta for over fifteen years. He joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2012. Mark is consistently being recognized by his peers for his achievement and expertise most recently in 2017 in Charleston’s Realtor Distinction/ Commercial Circle and as Thalhimer's Top Sales Producer of 2017.
